Practice Management Excellence Groups

A Practice Management Excellence Group is a roundtable of practitioners who gather periodically to cooperatively work through the challenges of running a financial practice. We employ a time-tested method of pooling all participant's expertise and a systematic way of reflecting on a member's business challenges and of soliciting ideas for solutions. Members of the group meet monthly, bring non-client issues they need advice on, and contribute ideas to each other to help solve problems. Structure:

• Groups consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 practitioners.
• They meet monthly on a regular schedule that is mutually agreed upon at the start of the group.
• An agenda will be distributed two days before the meeting.
• A representative of Ensemble will chair the meeting, and whose primary responsibility will be to keep the meeting on track, on time, and hold members accountable to their commitments.
